Overall stay was average.

The location is excellent. Beach was fun pool was ok. Different variety at meal times. Great view from room.

Long wait for check-in and had to wait so long after for room key. Long wait and poor service at the late night kitchen. Mixologist cannot make proper drinks. Entertainment poor.

The stay was mid, but the waitstaff, bartenders, and the location make up for it.

The highlights of my trip were Tevin (front desk), Rockel (waitstaff), Antionel (waitstaff), Courtney (bartender), Andre (bartender), and Jason (bartender)

Housekeeping is the absolute worst, as well as Evil Steve Harvey (bartender). We did not have hot water until the morning we left, and we were without A/C for 2 days. It also started working the morning we left.

location is right next to downtown Montego bay! bedrooms have a breathtaking view of the ocean! you have access to the sister hotel right next to it which we do feel have better installation! so we ate there the whole time! we do think 2 nights is enough at this hotel! we wouldnt do a full week!

the staff dont seem to like their job! just asking for a glass of water it seems like you are bothering them! also for the restaurant a la carte, you need a reservation! we did it online like we should but they never got it! the restaurant was empty and they turned us back! they just dont want to serve you and work AT ALL! for the price we pay, it would be nice to be serve….

It was a ok stay me and my husband made the most of it .

I love the beach it was very nice and the food was really good it was a much needed get away with hubby.

The rooms don’t really look as good as it did online there were limited restaurants option and the capacity that it holds is very small. some of the staff were very aggressive not pleasant at all .

solid accommodations, dont book if you expect the works

The food was solid not great, good variety though. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is average. Beach was amazing. Would be great if you could eat/get drinks on the beach instead of going to the pool bar but thats a nitpick. Most of the entertainment occurs on the other side of the sister hotel so its fairly quiet on the cornwall side. This hotel is fairly expensive but its not exactly the place you want to just chill in the room all day, its a basic accommodation on a beach with free food/drinks and centrally located to other attractions.

bed and pillows weren't super comfortable. a bar on the beach would be nice. a quicker service beach restaurant would be great too. the grill there now is still a side down/ order from waiter which i didnt really want to do when i could be sitting on the beach 5 feet away.

Our stay was very relaxing and despite the hiccups (lack of towels) we enjoyed our stay

Breakfast was always excellent. Lunch was good. Dinner on Friday fell below my expectations. Dinner on Saturday was excellent. My husband was brought an alternative protein when I told the waitress that he did not eat red meat (I did not realize that chicken was out on the beach - sorry!) I appreciated this personalized service. The staff especially the waiters/waitresses were warm and friendly. The night show times were excellent on Friday and Saturday.

We only received two towels for the entire weekend. We received no face towels despite this being listed as being provided. We received NO FLOOR MAT. At our ages this is dangerous as old bones don't heal well. I understand that the hotel is reducing the amount of washing it does to reduce the phosphates which damage our reefs, so I guess I need to be more understanding of this lack of towels. I received a floor mat on Saturday from one of the cleaners as two calls requesting same from the front desk proved futile.

Beautiful beach and room. Didn’t think the all inclusive side not up to scratch. Very limited.

Near to airport. Beautiful location Great room

Restaurant staff need more training. Seemed short staffed. No bottled water at bar. Tables weren’t laid with cutlery. Had to help yourself to basics like getting own coffees finding cutlery. Bars were limited.

I like the fact that the property was right on the beach and I like that I could go to both properties..

The first day we went there wanted to have some finger food there was no Ketchup no sauce at the snack bar or the restaurant to put on your meal every one was so piss the management need to do BETTER. The room I got the inside safety lock was broken. The rooms needs more plug in outlets.. there was no hand soap there to wash your hands we call for hand soap and all now we never get it.. the food was okay this time not bad.. some of the staff or nice and some are not sometimes they act as if you’re bothering them… the staff always arguing in the bar especially that girl that work the day shift can’t remember her name the lil guy was nice who worked the bar in the evening big up MJ he’s so nice and entertaining… and very professional. We get to check in at 4pm.. they need to work on that..

I was slightly underwhelmed but enjoyed myself

Location. Trivia by the bar. Guest services manager. Her name begins with a ‘M’

The drinks were just ok. I asked staff twice for towels and never received them. The bar didn’t open early enough. The facilities themselves seemed older, as if they need to be remodeled. The burger joint on the beach kept running out of ketchup and I simply can’t eat a burger and fries without KETCHUP. There were only 2 spots to eat on the property….a buffet and a burger spot that doubles as a Mediterranean restaurant on some nights.

Enjoyable Stay

Clean accommodation, excellent location and the room views are amazing. Staff were generally friendly, especially in the buffet restaurant. Porter staff & others were extremely helpful. Had a pleasant experience and stay.

Bathroom needed some maintenance attention in some areas. Minimal staff in the a la carte restaurant & snack bar causing a longer than expected wait though the staff that were there were working as hard as they could. The overall quality of food in the buffet restaurant is a letdown.
